I know ‘about me’ pages are incredibly boring to read, but for those who are interested, here’s a little background information on me.

I stepped into the online space back in 2018 after coming across videos on YouTube of ordinary people making life-changing money from their laptops. Yes, those adverts claim how people have done amazingly well from selling things…

I actually decided to trust one of them and entered my details. Very skeptical, as you can imagine

Turns out, it was worth doing!

It was a guy over in Germany who had managed to leave his corporate job by learning digital marketing skills, putting them into practice, building a business, and earning a very healthy income off the back of it. He was basically traveling around Europe full time with his family, which peaked my interest a lot.

I wanted to do that…. I mean, who wouldn’t right?

Sure I was super skeptical, but I was at a point in my life where I realized ‘If I didn’t change the direction I was going, then I’d be stuck in the same job/cycle for the next 20/30 years.

From previously working 50/60 hours a week in real estate, slaving away and earning my bosses a fortune I really wanted to have something of my own.

But I also wanted to have something that would give me time freedom and geographical freedom. I didn’t want a business that was going to tie me down and basically make me an employee for myself! (I lived in the UK what do you expect. Way too much rain!).

So for that reason, the online and digital space was the perfect fit.

But once i’d figured out the online space was the perfect fit, it was finding out which business model would be right. This is the part a lot of people go wrong, and don’t fully understand the logistics.

Basically, whatever you choose, it’s going to require hard work, determination, and for you to treat your business like it’s your baby.

It doesn’t matter whether you go for affiliate marketing, e-commerce, trading, drop shipping, or influencing. If you don’t put in the work consistently every single day, I’m sorry to say…. you ain’t going to make it!

You see, what I learned from all of these Facebook ads and YouTube ads that pop up, is that they are actually offering courses/coaching/training on things that truly work. And 100% can work for you. But they aren’t honest about how much work it takes to actually get the success you want.

But as the saying goes. “If it were easy everyone would be doing it”.

As cliche as it sounds, it’s the truth. Hard work pays, and the reason the success rate is so low with creating a successful online business is that people give up when things get hard. I also nearly gave up multiple times!

I’m human just like everyone else! I lose motivation, I lose consistency, and sometimes I let my comfort zone pull me back to what’s easy. It’s just within our nature as human beings!

But one thing I never let go of was my reason ‘why’ I was building my businesses online. And that’s to be able to live and enjoy life on my own terms and spend as much time with my girlfriend Evie as possible.

What Online Business Model Did I Choose?

I started out with affiliate marketing because I loved the idea of not needing to create my own product. I was working long hours, so being able to promote someone else product and earn commissions from it was exactly what would work with my schedule.

So I took a few courses and programs to learn some of the key fundamentals like building a website, choosing my niche, understanding sales funnels, understanding how to acquire customers into my business etc.

And from then it was time to put in the work.

Now to cut a long story short, I’ve been doing affiliate marketing for over 4 years, from starting as a complete beginner with no experience to having generated over $500,000 in commissions and well over $1.5 million in product sales and revenue.

I’ve also created an academy to help teach people who are interested in affiliate marketing how to get started. As well as teaching online business owners how to generate more sales for their business.
